What do I do with bonus dollars?

Bonus funds are accumulated in your personal account and may be used only to make entries on our website. They cannot be withdrawn from the gaming account.

How do I make a deposit?

Can I withdraw the funds that I have previously deposited to my personal account?

Where can I find the CVC/CVV code?

CVC/CVV-code is a 3-digit code for authentication of Visa / MasterCard and other bank cards when paying via the Internet. The code is on the back of the card near the cardholder’s signature.

How do I get a refund?

If the draw is canceled due to the operator's fault, the money will automatically be returned to your account on the site. If you want to refund the unspent portion of the deposit, you need to write a request for a refund from the registration email to support@agentlotto.com. Money for completed orders and bonus dollars are not refundable.

After I pay, will my card be added to my account?

When you make your first payment, you will be asked to add your bank card to your Lotto Agent account.
