Can I withdraw the funds that I have previously deposited to my personal account?

Sure! But you can only return unspent money from your Personal Account. Lotto Agent does not return money for already purchased tickets, except in the event of a cancelled drawing due to the fault of the lottery Operator.

Unused portion of deposit is refunded privately after the user contacts Customer Support Service.

What types of payment do you accept?

Where can I find the CVC/CVV code?

CVC/CVV-code is a 3–4 digit code for authentication of VISA / MasterCard and other bank cards when paying via the Internet. The code is either on the back side of the card near the cardholder’s signature, or on the front side of the card (for AmEx).

How do I make a refund?

Lotto Agent will automatically make a refund if a drawing was cancelled through the lottery Operator’s fault to user’s Personal Account.

How do I withdraw funds from my personal account?

You need to login to the Personal Account and go to the "Withdrawals" section. Then select one of the withdrawal methods, specify the payment details, and indicate the amount you wish to withdraw. This amount will be transferred according to the payment information provided within a few days. What is the currency used for transactions?

All transactions are made in US dollars. Money for the purchase of lottery tickets is debited in your local currency at the exchange rate of the payment system Visa/MasterCard.

Why was payment declined / card not added?

This may happen for several reasons:

  • There are insufficient funds on your card;
  • You did not enter correct card information: cvc/cvv-code or expiry date of the card;
  • Your servicing bank declined to confirm this transaction;
  • There are currently technical issues on our payment gateway.

Do I pay taxes on my winnings?

UK Lotto, EuroJackpot, Lotto 6/49, Lotto 6 aus 49, Mega Sena, and Powerball Australia are not taxed. Tax rates for other lotteries can be found on the page of each particular lottery. The winning amount is paid to the winner after the taxes are deducted.
